SIT is a psychotherapy practice founded by Kanak, a trained psychologist with 20 years of experience. Her work spans trauma recovery, special education, somatic practices, and metaphor-based coaching. Her approach integrates evidence-based techniques with creativity, helping people make sense of their inner worlds and build lives of safety, clarity, and connection.
